Lonnie was fantastic to work with. He performed a very thorough appraisal of our home and took the time to explain things to us. The appraisal, when received, was very well done and included more than any appraisal I’ve seen before, even our purchase appraisal. We did a new appraisal to remove the PMI from our mortgage due to values increasing and extra updates done on our home. I would highly recommend Accurate Appraisals. Everyone was Very friendly and timely.

Extremely unprofessional on all accounts. I called in to get some information on my file, the lady the answered the phone answered with \what\. When I could not get my problem resolved, and asked for the manager the lady stated \I am the manager\. Very piss poor management and customer service. I am a veteran and they did my recent VA loan. I am now working with the Phoenix VA to get them on the approved list. They do not show respect to local Military active/inactive, and or veterans they do not deserve to be on the list the appraise our homes.

Don’t use them, they are irrational with there appraisals, they appraised my property based on 3 comps that are 3 miles away and made ridiculous adjustment for the location and refused to use the comps that are within 1 mile radius, they claim to have 20 years experience in the business but they still don’t acknowledge that they may have done a mistake and relook instead they accused the bank that they hired them that they are pushing to make the deal happen. So unprofessional and unethical thing to say!
